Product information disclaimer

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe our products, including materials, dimensions, colors, and features. However, due to the nature of handwoven natural fiber products, the following variations are normal and expected:

Color: Seagrass color ranges from green-tinted to golden-tan depending on the harvest season. Colors will shift naturally over time indoors. Colors displayed on your screen may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings, screen brightness, and lighting conditions. This is not a manufacturing defect.
Dimensions: All measurements are approximate. Handwoven products may vary by up to 0.5 inches from stated dimensions. Inner diameter measurements on product pages are reference points, not exact engineering specifications.
Texture and weave: Each basket is handwoven individually. Minor irregularities in the weave pattern, slight asymmetry in the rim, and variation in fiber thickness are characteristics of handmade goods, not defects.
Natural scent: New seagrass and jute baskets may have a mild earthy or grassy scent upon arrival. This is a natural characteristic of plant fiber and fades within a few days in a ventilated room.
Liner inclusion: Not all baskets include a plastic liner. Each product page specifies whether a liner is included. Check the product page before purchasing if liner inclusion is important to your intended use.

If a product you receive is materially different from its description on our website in a way that goes beyond natural variation, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pinegardens.com and we will resolve the issue.

Product use disclaimer

Our woven plant baskets are designed for indoor use only. The following uses are outside the intended purpose of our products:

Outdoor use: Natural fibers including seagrass, jute, and cotton rope are not weather-resistant. Exposure to rain, prolonged direct sunlight, or outdoor humidity will accelerate deterioration and may cause mold or fiber breakdown. We do not warranty products damaged by outdoor use.
Direct planting: These baskets are not designed as direct planting containers. Do not fill them with soil or plant directly into the basket without a waterproof liner. Doing so will cause moisture damage to the fiber and significantly shorten the life of the basket.
High-humidity environments: Prolonged placement in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or other high-humidity areas may increase the risk of mold on the natural fiber weave.
Structural weight limits: These baskets are designed to hold standard nursery pots. They are not structural containers and should not be used to support excessive weight beyond their intended purpose.

PineGardens is not responsible for damage to the product resulting from use outside its intended purpose as described above and on individual product pages.
