Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Orders are shipped from Niles, Ohio.

We do not ship to the following locations at this time:

Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
Guam
US Virgin Islands
Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
PO Boxes

These locations are outside our current standard shipping network. Woven plant baskets are bulky items that require ground freight carriers, which do not service remote territories, military addresses, or non-contiguous states at rates we can reliably offer.

We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must be placed with a US delivery address.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $59.00 to the contiguous US. No code required.
Flat rate $6.99 on all orders under $59.00.

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final cost. We do not add handling fees, processing fees, or surcharges after checkout.

We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping. Standard ground shipping is the only option available. If you need your order by a specific date, please account for processing time plus 5 to 7 business days of transit time before placing your order.

Order processing time

Processing time is the time between when you place your order and when it leaves our facility. This is separate from shipping transit time.

Standard processing: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are processed the same day when possible
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day

During high-volume periods such as major holidays, processing may extend to 5 business days. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you by email.

Shipping transit time

Once your order leaves our facility, standard ground shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive within the contiguous United States.

Midwest and Southeast: 3 to 5 business days (closer to our facility in Ohio)
Northeast and South: 4 to 6 business days
West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington): 6 to 8 business days

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control may occasionally extend delivery times.

Total delivery time

Total delivery time equals processing time plus transit time.

Fastest estimate: 1 business day processing plus 3 business days transit equals 4 business days total
Typical estimate: 2 business days processing plus 5 to 7 business days transit equals 7 to 9 business days total

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekend days do not count toward processing or transit time.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use the link in the email to follow your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the tracking number is issued.

Duties and taxes

All orders ship within the United States. No international customs duties or import taxes apply to domestic US orders.

Sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your state. The tax amount shown at checkout is final.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the item before opening it fully. Email the photos to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, wait 24 hours — packages are occasionally scanned as delivered before they arrive. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us and we will investigate.
