Payment Method

This page explains how payments work on PineGardens.com, what you will be charged, and what to expect after you complete your purchase.


Accepted payment method

We currently accept PayPal only as our payment method. PayPal is a widely used, secure payment platform that does not share your financial details with us.

Through your PayPal account, you can pay using:

  • Your PayPal balance
  • A linked debit card
  • A linked credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • A linked bank account

If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal also offers a guest checkout option that allows you to pay with a credit or debit card without creating an account. Look for the guest checkout option on the PayPal payment screen.

We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, personal checks, or money orders.


What you will be charged

Before you confirm your order, the checkout page will show you a full breakdown of all charges:

  • Product price: The price listed on the product page
  • Shipping: Free on orders over $59.00. Flat rate $6.99 on orders under $59.00.
  • Sales tax: Applied based on your delivery address and your state's tax rate. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. We do not add handling fees, processing fees, or any additional charges after you place your order.

All prices are in US dollars. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by your bank or PayPal and are outside our control.


Your payment security

All transactions are processed through PayPal's encrypted system. PineGardens does not see or store your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details at any point during the transaction.

We do not charge recurring fees. Every purchase is a one-time transaction. We do not offer subscriptions and we do not store your payment information for future charges.


What happens after you pay

Once your payment is confirmed, here is what to expect:

  • Order confirmation email: Sent to your email address within a few minutes of placing your order. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
  • Processing: Your order is prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Shipping confirmation and tracking number: Sent by email once your order leaves our facility. Use the tracking link in the email to follow your package.
  • Delivery: Standard ground shipping takes 5 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States after your order ships.

Payment issues at checkout

If your payment does not go through, try the following:

  • Check that your PayPal account has sufficient balance or a valid linked payment method
  • Try the PayPal guest checkout with a credit or debit card directly
  • Clear your browser cache and try again, or use a different browser
  • Contact your bank if your card is being declined — some banks flag new online merchants
