Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to follow your package from our facility in Niles, Ohio to your door.


How to track your order

  • Step 1 — Find your tracking number: Check the shipping confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout. The tracking number is included in that email along with a direct tracking link.
  • Step 2 — Click the tracking link: The link in your shipping email takes you directly to the carrier's tracking page for your package. No account required.
  • Step 3 — Check your status: The tracking page shows where your package is, when it last moved, and the estimated delivery date.

If you cannot find your shipping confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from support@pinegardens.com.


Delivery timeframes

We ship to the contiguous United States only (the lower 48 states). We do not ship internationally.

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed (Monday through Friday)
  • Standard ground transit: 5 to 7 business days after your order ships
  • Midwest and Southeast: typically 3 to 5 business days in transit (closer to our Ohio facility)
  • West Coast: typically 6 to 8 business days in transit

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weekend days do not count toward processing or transit time.

Transit times are estimates. Delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, or other factors outside our control may occasionally extend delivery. We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.


Tracking updates

  • Tracking number issued: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the number is issued.
  • Out for delivery notification: Most carriers send a notification on the day your package is out for delivery.
  • Delivered notification: You will receive a delivery confirmation once the carrier marks your package as delivered.

If your tracking shows no updates for more than 3 business days after your shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will look into it.


If your package shows delivered but has not arrived

Packages are occasionally scanned as delivered one day before they actually arrive. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Wait 24 hours — this resolves the issue in most cases
  • Check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors or building management
  • If still not found after 24 hours, email us with your order number and we will investigate

Damaged packages

If your basket arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the item before opening it fully. Email us within 7 days of the delivery date with the photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
